Lanta Spencer, Esq. is a partner in the firm of Samels Associates, Attorneys
at Law concentrating his practice in the fields of higher education, preventive law and litigation.  Attorney Spencer has experience in complex
trial work, contracts, environmental law and real estate and development law.

Attorney Spencer holds a Juris Doctorate degree from Suffolk University Law
School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Baylor University.  Attorney
Spencer studied at the Universiteit Maastricht, Université Lille II Droite
et Santé, and Purdue University.

Attorney Spencer is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of
Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of
