Dr. Martine Paludan has 25 years of experience in higher education, most recently as the Executive Director of the New Jersey Commission on Higher Education.
Dr. Hammond-Paludan has previously served as the Director of Academic Affairs at the Kansas Board of Regents for ten years and on the faculty of the University of Kansas, Syracuse University, and El Paso Community College.
Recently, Dr. Paludan presented a paper on "Challenges for the Community College President in the 21st Century" at Oxford University. Dr. Paludan`s expertise in the several fields of academic leadership, planning, academic program review and assessment, and accreditation are widely recognized and respected.
Currently, Dr. Paludan volunteers her time as secretary of the Illinois Symphony Orchestra.
