Prior to joining the Alliance, Dr. McLaren taught in the Kinesiology Department at California State University Fullerton, the Sports Leadership master’s program at New England College, and in the Physical and Health Education Department at Springfield College.

Kate has a B.A. in Psychology from Wells College, a M.S. in Exercise Science and Sport Studies from Springfield College, and a Ph.D. in Physical Education with a concentration in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Springfield College.
