Jonathan Reinsdorf,
Senior Financial Analyst

Jonathan Reinsdorf serves as a senior analyst for the Education Alliance. Jonathan also founded and serves as the Managing Member of Stonegate a higher education development company. He is responsible for running day-to-day activities as well as sales development and project management. Most recently, Mr. Reinsdorf was a managing director of a higher education development company. In this role, Mr. Reinsdorf was responsible for developing new client relationships and managing higher education development.  Prior to this, Mr. Reinsdorf served 5 years as an investment banker with EVEREN Securities and Mesirow Financial. In this capacity, he was responsible for managing projects, negotiating transactions, preparing private debt and equity offering memoranda, and led management presentations. Preceding his role as an investment banker, Mr. Reinsdorf spent 3 years as a real estate attorney. In this capacity, he negotiated and structured real estate transactions, as well as led public zoning hearings, orchestrated government relations and assisted in client development.

Mr. Reinsdorf holds an MBA with majors in Accounting and Finance from The University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a JD from Northwestern University School of Law. He is a member on the executive committee for the United Center. In addition, Mr. Reinsdorf is a co-chair and co-founder of the JOPH business networking event, which benefits numerous charity organizations.  Further, he serves as a director of City Year, a national service organization that unites young adults from diverse racial, cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds for a year of community service.
