The task of preparing young students for the 21st century, a world that is increasingly more global and technologically driven, must be blended with the fundamental need to teach the most important building blocks of an educated mind – critical thinking, writing, and public speaking, collaboration and creativity, leadership, and character.
Increasingly, secondary and preparatory schools are facing the same opportunities and challenges as their peers in higher education. Alliance Prep offers services drawn from long experience and leadership in independent schools to help educational leaders better serve their institutional mission and advance school initiatives.
Alliance Prep services provided include the following:
- Strategic planning: identify goals, establish priorities benchmark best practices
- Cost avoidance and risk assessment: reducing expenses and realizing efficiencies, establish protocols regarding sexual and other harassment, bullying, hazing and social media
